Our first litter... an incredible, wearing, unforgettable experience. In just a few months we’ve witnessed white mice turn into puppies, learn to take their first steps and grow into young, beautiful dogs. We’ve followed each progress, we’ve cuddled, fed and loved them – and then we’ve learned to say “Bye-bye, here’s your new owner”.
A litter is a concentrate juice of life: joy, labour, love, commitment, frustration, finally pain from detachment - and all this in just two months...
We’ve grown 12 beautiful healthy puppies, and we’ve given them the best available destinations selecting their new owners one by one. Now we’re receiving pics and e-mails of splendid, happy, quiet, loved... sometimes even pampered dogs: and that’s exactly what we meant for them - a peaceful life with nice and responsible people!
One last thing. We often receive thank-you notes for bringing up sociable, educated, friendly puppies: we’d like to share the merit with mama Brioche and papa Oliver of course, but above all with Sally Clegg, who spent two wonderful, intense weeks helping us out and teaching us everything we needed to know about the correct socialization of a puppy dog.
Thanks again, Sally. |
